Welcome to Vieux Crest, a unique alpine hut
in a breathtaking and fascinating landscape.
Located at 1938 meters in the heart of an old Walser village, the Refuge Vieux Crest overlooks Champoluc and Val d’Ayas.
Stage of the Alta Via n.1 is the starting point for many hiking and fantastic skiing in the Monterosaski area.
SUMMER WINTER OPENING
The Refuge is open both in summer and winter.
You can get there by foot from Champoluc – even in winter with skis, snowshoes, crampons – or by the Champoluc-Crest cable car.
For who sleeps in Refuge or come for dinner there is a special price.
